PROYECT DESCRIPTION
Look at a myth!!! aims to get together European students of Classic languages and culture and Informatics in order to create collaborative works on the presence of the Classic mythology in the art and the music. This project includes three different topics whose purpose consists in a better knowledge of the Classical mythology as a way of investigating the common European culture and encourage the respect for our present cultural diversity: 1. MASTERPIECES OF CLASSICAL THEME 2. MUSICAL COMPOSITIONS OF CLASSICAL THEME 3. IDENTIFICATION AND BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE MYTHS USED IN THE TWO AREAS Taking as a starting point the most famous stories from classical mythology, the students will produce short videos with music trying to meet the masterpieces and the music compositions with a myth in common, such as the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice and its presence in the art and in the opera. In addition, they will develop a wide range of skills making meaningful presentations with different computer applications and adding a brief explanation about its content. Moreover, they will work with their smart phones using QR codes, and Apps.
